    I was reading the update and I have a question: Is this new feature going to make possible to upload a table data to KB? At the moment, all the documents txt I have upload are in txt but the data is written in json. Maybe I am not getting right this new update. is already available de JSON kb?

      Yes this is already available! You can upload tabular data as JSON to the KB.

    Hey @Voiceflow Every time I try, for some reason, when it reaches the first box connecting to the Voiceflow API "Get Transcript," the chat session ends immediately, and the execution fails. If I run a test, the process continues without any problems. However, I still encounter the issue of never being able to find the Transcript ID, with the error message "Error: Transcript ID not found for given user ID."

    A bit off topic here but I cannot find any relative info and I find Discord an abomination to use. Is it possible to utilise several agents within one overall bot? I want each agent to have its own KB and trigger when a question about that specific topic arises. If this is possible, how? I have tried one agent with intents and a single KB and I cannot get satisfactory results. Is there any other way to accomplish this - can I add a specific KB doc to a component or other, is it better to have multiple KB docs with each topic in a separate doc? Suggestions welcome but they need to have a bit of technical advice with them please. Really need help on this folks. Thanks

      Each agent in Voiceflow has its own KB. But if you wanted to use a KB from a different agent - you can use the KB Query API to make a call to it within a workflow. You can also use 'tags'. We have an API to add tags to document - you can use this to filter which documents are returned when you use the KB Query API directly (you can do this either via the API step or a function)

      You would do it the same way! You'll just need to make an API access point for your locally hosted LLM.

      The API step recieves a JSON response, you save parts of that response (or the whole thing) to a variable.

      That's a great question. For this example, you can indeed use our KB API, with the same KB and a tag to filter cached content or using a separate KB dedicated for cache.

      Try the T-Mobile Making Bots, and the Wells Fargo ones. They're both "local" styled frameworks, that pull information from a knowledge base and then do things like ask clarifying questions and check for hallucinations.
